Crisis Management and Force Majeure

  • A crisis management committee, led by the CEO and composed of the Sales and Marketing Manager, Financial Controller, Front Office Manager, and Guest Relations Manager, is in place to effectively manage any crises, including force majeure events.
  • The committee is responsible for ensuring prompt responses and clear communication during emergencies, with contingency plans ready to protect both guests and staff.
